What tools or platforms do I need?
You need access to an email or marketing automation platform.
The specific software is not the focus of this program. Journey Architecture® is a methodology, not a tool dependent system. The principles you learn can be applied in most modern automation platforms.
We do not teach software walkthroughs or button level tutorials. We teach how to think, design, and structure journeys.

What are the payment options?
The investment for the program is €5,500 excl. VAT.
You can choose one of the following payment options:
One time payment: €5,500 excl. VAT This includes a €2,000 saving compared to the standard price of €7,500.
3 monthly installments: €1,950 per month excl. VAT Spread over three months.
6 monthly installments: €975 per month excl. VAT Spread over six months.
All options provide full access to the program and certification. Payment structure does not affect your experience or eligibility.
When do cohorts start?
The next cohort starts in March 2026. Exact dates shared during your discovery call. After the start of this cohort the doors close until the new group starts.
Is there ongoing support after certification?
The certification program itself has a clear beginning and end. After completion, you retain access to the recordings and core frameworks for one year.
There is no open ended support channel included after certification. This is intentional. The goal is to leave you capable of leading and executing independently.
